Purpose

PrivyFinance is a personal finance organiser. It does not replace professional financial, tax, legal or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Licences

The Free plan allows up to 80 transactions. PRO (one licence for up to 3 devices) and Family (one licence for up to 6 household devices) remove that limit for a one-time payment. A licence may be revoked in case of fraud, abuse or breach.

Immediate delivery and withdrawal

PrivyFinance is digital content delivered immediately. Before payment we ask you to request that expressly and to acknowledge that, once the licence is delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law, in line with art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You confirm it by ticking a box on the purchase page; the payment button stays disabled without it.

Refunds

There are no refunds for a change of mind; the free version lets you try the product before buying. If a technical problem arises that we cannot resolve, write to us with your licence key. None of this limits any rights the law grants you that cannot be waived, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

Beta

Beta versions may contain errors. Keep backups and do not use the beta as your only source of financial truth.

Limitation

You are responsible for your financial decisions and for safekeeping your backups, recovery codes and devices.
